Poems

In 1927 a poem written by "One of the Boys" was printed in the Consett Guardian. You can read the poem in the History section.

To celebrate our centenary year we requested new poems about Consett Park Bowling Club, bowling in general, memories of a bowler, or Blackhill and Consett Park.

Poems may, at our discretion, be published as part of our centenary celebrations and thereafter, with appropriate attribution.
